Today’s weather makes it the perfect day for this cocktail! Ok, it’s always the perfect day for a Dark ‘n Stormy®… it’s so easy to make, and it gets me in touch with my inner sailor (or maybe just my inner cocktail lover).
For extra unwind, we’ve crafted the perfect twist on the classic cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. dark rum
- 2 oz. Ginger Lemonade UNITY (tip: chill the beverage prior)
- 1 oz. soda water
- ½ oz. lime juice
- Fresh ginger (optional)
- Lime wedge
Steps:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle some fresh ginger (optional, but we love the extra zing!)
- Add dark rum, UNITY Ginger Lemonade, and lime juice.
- Mix!
- Pour over ice in a tall glass.
- Add the soda water.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
- Enjoy your refreshing cocktail!
